Amateur Radio Society is not the first Radio Club to have met in the
Dunfermline area. At our second club night, Ian, GM0URD brought
along a history of the original Dunfermline Amateur Radio Society.

Its a fascinating piece of local history and we're sure that many
folk will enjoy reading it so
here it is. Its a large PDF file (6 Mbyte) because we wanted to
preserve as much quality as we could from the original document.
No prizes for spotting an existing KARS committee member in one of
the photographs..
