| Forthcoming Club Events. Kingdom Amateur Radio
Society meets from 7.15pm onwards every first and third Wednesday of the month.
The venue is at the Scottish Scout HQ, Fordell Firs, near Dunfermline.
Visitors are most welcome but to arrange admission must contact us first on
visitors@kars.org.uk.
At around 7.45pm there is an opportunity to discuss club business and
any preparation needed for club events. This is followed by the
main programme item.
Society Membership is £15 January – December. Attendees
are asked to contribute £1 for refreshments/lighting/heating if they can
afford it. .

Monthly Meeting - GM3YTS African Dxpeditions
Rob Ferguson, GM3YTS Rob was licensed in 1969 and has been
travelling with The Voodoo Contest Group since 1991 (and in
fct it is Rob that is responsible for its name!). He is
currently Chairman of the GMDX Group.
Another prestigious speaker for KARS - make sure you don't
miss the opportunity because they don't come often.

Malcolm
delivered our first ever club talk which was on Loop
Antennas.. He's back, and is going to present ANTENNAS for
BAWBEES which is a practical approach to making low cost
antennas that work. We might even get to find out - just
what exactly a Bawbee is !!
